Who am I?

I am a hardworking, energetic, woman that wears many hats. I am a mom, mother-in-law, gramma, entrepreneur, friend, encourager, divorce survivor, and much more. I have navigated life’s many ups and downs, flourished and floundered , laughed and cried, felt amazing and awful, sometimes all of these feelings in one day. Life is Great and Life is Hard. Some days I feel like I am amazing, others I wonder how I’m going to survive. I have learned a lot of lessons along the way and one thing I know for sure - it is good to have someone to tell you YOU CAN DO IT. If you are at a crossroads in your life, or stuck in a spot, or just looking for someone to listen - I am here, let’s connect so you can discover your way to move forward.

What I do

Life can change in a heartbeat, often in ways we didn’t choose. I specialize in helping women navigate these unexpected transitions—whether it’s a career change, divorce, an empty nest, or a search for renewed purpose. Together, we’ll clarify where you are, rediscover your strengths, and create a confident path forward.

Coaching isn’t giving you “all the answers”. It is about helping you uncover your own courage and clarity, let go, and move forward.

Developing relationships is vital to me. I focus on you and being here for you. I am here to help you discover ways to move forward that work for you. I anticipate celebrating both big and small victories on your journey.

The Journey

Consistency is Key

Consistency and accountability are cornerstones of successful Life Coaching. Life Coaching is a multi-layered and I have found that meeting over several sessions – weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly – works best.

Relaxed & Relational

My approach to Life Coaching is relaxed and open, while centered in the sincere desire to cultivate a relationship of trust. I can be an accountability partner, encourager, resource, or just a listener. I am here for you.

Resource Center

In our sessions, I provide options and resources to assist you in reframing your perspective. I invite you to search within yourself and to do heartwork - journaling, meditation, networking, reaching out to others, etc.. - to help you grow beyond our sessions.

Let’s connect, shall we?
